This year’s Ramadan is expected to begin on May 6, and conclude on June 5, according to the International Astronomical Center. Islamic nations around the world, including the United Arab Emirates, await the visible sighting of the crescent moon, which is expected to appear today, May 5, signifying the start of Ramadan.
The Holiest of Months
Ramadan, the ninth month in the Islamic calendar, is considered to be the holiest, as it is at this time when Muslims engage in a month-long fast for spiritual growth, ending with a three-day celebration called Eid al-Fitr.
ABBC Coin does not identify with any religion, but we abide by the guidelines set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in conducting our daily affairs. “We support our Muslim brothers and sisters in this holy month,” said ABBC Foundation CEO Jason Daniel Paul Philip, “and we will take this opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve grown, as well as to plan ahead for the future of the eCommerce sector and the crypto ecosystem as a whole. We still have a long way to go.”
High Hopes for the Future
ABBC Coin anticipates Ramadan with high hopes, especially that some of our hurdles have been resolved, thereby allowing us to concentrate on our chief goal which is to make a noticeable splash in the eCommerce sector through our platform and technology.
It would appear that the stars — and the moon — are aligning in our favor. We were able to resolve many challenges and form partnerships with reputable crypto and blockchain organizations, all to propel ABBC Coin as a cryptocurrency which revolutionizes the blockchain industry.
As many crypto experts have claimed, the months’ long “crypto winter” is finally over. Now, ABBC Coin awaits a warm summer with good results.
